You Are the Weather (after Roni Horn)

If indeed you are the weather,
you’re a sun-through-showers-

and-double-rainbow-followed-by-hail-
then-plentiful-sunshine sort:

equinoctial mushroom weather
over moorland, heath and common,

where clumps of liberty caps

pop up before your eyes.

Great haiku collection. I have one question about this poem and i,e, we know that haiku is always of three lines, not more that. But, here this poem has more than one lines. Is this modern haiku poems?
